Spicer is near Bear Valley - turn onto Spicer Rd off off of CA4 near the Hells Kitchen Bouldering area and vista point - 10 miles of roadside rock all the way to the reservoir and then miles of boat in camping and bouldering all around the shores! check out the local website; http://www.adventuresportsfestival.com/bouldering.html
